About Kevin Mercer

Hello, my name is Kevin Mercer. I have been a full timed licensed Realtor and investor since 1986. I grew up in the southwest part of Louisville, migrating to the northeastern part of Louisville as my family grew and my children’s schools, and sports changed. I have been married to and worked with my wife, Susan, for 35 years. Susan & I sold as a team over the years, until she eventually made our 6 children and 4 grandchildren her main priority, while additionally running our property management business, and our home. I joined The Hoagland Team because of the 100’s of agents & teams I have seen & worked with over the years, this one was so impressive in what they had accomplished, their productivity, and attention to detail with their customers, this was a great fit for me to thrive. I am experienced in new construction, first time & move up buyers, patio homes, condos, and investment property. I have sold homes in every zip code in Jefferson County, plus every surrounding county. I have experience where you live. I love helping people. I saw a study once that ranked buying a home right behind death and divorce and the most stressful things people do in their life. I take pride in removing that stress and whenever possible making it a fun process, always handled with professionalism.
